Problem with Afterburner and Legacy??

Hi Guys,
i've just taken over a website which is running in Joomla Legacy 1.0 mode and with the Afterburner template installed.

I need to install an extension which only runs in Joomla 1.5 and not legacy.
If I disable the legacy plugin I get the following message in IE when viewing my site
Fatal error: Call to undefined function mosshowhead() in /mnt/vol1/home/c/r/create1/public_html/templates/rt_afterburner_j15/index.php on line 27
Any help much appreciated
