IE8 Issues w/Frontpage Modules in Dominion Template

I am using the dominion template for a website,
In Chrome & Firefox everything looks fine but in IE 8 the home page is all screwed up with the modules pushed toward the bottom. Photo attached
All the modules pushed towards the bottom are in the maintop-D position. Here is a link to my website
