What should I choose for my Blog and is K2 4 that or am off?

I love Wordpress, don't get me wrong... But Jesus it is like grasping a mini joomla with features and capabilities and lets face it obviously no integration with RT themes and Joomla in general.
Nevertheless I must have a blog. Now, Kunena seems like something I might try for my forum capabilities but what should I do for my BLOG capabilties that integrates nicely?
K2 seems like OMG and I don't know if that fits into what I want and coming from Wordpress it might not be that much of a hassle but will it give me my blogging needs?
If not what will and does anyone have a good idea of what K2 can do with the blog extension information you guys and gals promote?
