Setting Link Parameters for module positions

- HI All, in a website we are working on http://landmarkfinehomes.net I have put links to database driven items. The links are in feature f "Our Communities". When you/anyone clicks on the links, the data opens in the same layout as the home page. Now, the home page is the only page that has a number of module positions with data above the body content. (Showcase, feature, content top). I do not wish these items to appear in the new, linked info page. Hope I am making myself clear . Now, I have those links also on interior pages, and they open as I wish them to open. What can I do to control these links? Obviously, if it links to a page, I am OK. But, it is not a page but a category in a database that I am linking to and thus the problem. Question - how do I set the parameters for the link or any link so that specific modules show in the result. THANKS!
