Can I change the URL of joomla?

Hi guys!
When I installed Joomla on my new hosting, I installed it on a provisional URL (as I still didn't traspassed the domain name). When my site is done, can I change the URL? By the administration I see it is not possible but, by phpmyadmin perharps?
