    • Hi!

      I don't know how to describe what I'm looking for. I'm building a site about music and I need to have a directory of musical groups. I'd like to have "Groups" in the menu and then if I do click, get into a directory where the groups are listed (other options like to be able to search would be awesome) and be able to click in the desired group. Once this is done, a presentation page of the group.

      I'm quite new with joomla, normally used to use PHP-Nuke, and I don't know if I can already do this with Joomla! or I need to search a component. Could you guide me please?

    • You could use the Members List feature that comes with Community Builder - as many lists as you want.

      Or you could try GroupJive

      My poor English didn't let me explain very well as I see.

      I don't want to list users, I want to list information. For example, clicking on the "groups" menu item, I'd like to go into a page where music groups are listed by their style:
      - Pop
      - Rock
      - Gospel, etc.

      And when I click on Pop, for example, I'd have:
      - Madonna
      - Spears, etc.

      And when I finally click on Madonna I'd have a page of information about her.

      I'm looking for something like this and I don't know if it's already in joomla! or have to add a component. :P

    • You could do it Manually but you could just scan extensions.joomla.org

      It all depends on how complex you want it

      Moset Tree on the other hand is very cool and easy to install - support should not be the best though.
