Moving module?

- The Rockettheme website itself has a few modules in the sidebar on the right that moves down or up when scrolling down or up the page. How can I get that same functionality in for instance the syndicate template for sidebar-a?

- This isn't a publicly released module so we don't have the code needed to create it. There are some posts around on the forum from other members that have done something similar.

- I haven't been able to find a post related to this. Also looking around at Joomla Extensions didn't provide an alternative solution.
