How can I allow users to upload pictures that I can accept?

- I want to make a pictures and videos section on my website thercguru.com. In the 2 sections i want users to be able to upload there own pictures and videos. Since I dont want them to spam or put pornographic photos and videos up, i need to be able to accept and deny the uploads before they show up. Is there any way i can do that?
