Wouldn't enabling various cache option be a better choice?

Well isnt't error it´s only the grade of pagespeed over this site it's only 66 and I'd like to solve this to go up 100.

Sorry to say this but, you won't reach maximum score on these page speed tools unless you are willing to spend some serious money.
Btw, why are you not using an RT template?
