      The logo itself (in Fireworks with source.png provided or Photoshop with a blank logo when provided) and the corresponding css (depending on the template you use).

      In Versatility III, you find it in template_css.css:

      img#logo { background: url(../images/style14/logo.png) 0 0 no-repeat; }

      img#logo {
      position: absolute;
      float: left;
      margin-left: 20px;
      margin-top: 40px;
      width: 327px;
      height: 57px;
      }

    • This has been a helpful thread. I've followed the directions and changed the image size, edited the .css file #s. My logo is a bit larger in the vertical dimension than the template allows. After following these steps, the bottom 1/3rd of the logo is cut off by the body (menu, modules, etc) of the template. Is there another portion of the .css file that bumps the position of the main body of the web page down to allow for a greater height of the logo? The size of the new file is 642 x 165 pixels.

      I am using Chromatophore, if that helps. Thanks

      Increase as well #header height in template_css.css.

    • Sorry about the thread mining BUT there does not appear to be a #header height section in the template_css file? How on earth can you increase the logo size/space for versatility iii?

      You can add it to template.css:
      #header { height: 120px; }

    • thanks for the reply! however it didnt seem to work properly.

      however it does move the topmenu down, the the rest of the graphics / header stay where they were

      for example look here:

      www.photothingo.com/tkci-com

      the top menu has moved down, but nothing else has, thoughts?

    • dont click on link as norton says it is a site attack.

    • Sorry, the site was hacked a few days ago however i have removed the offending code since (i think the site is classified as hacked by a few search engines now).

      Anyway, instead of clicking on the site just look at the image below (see highlighted section); it shows how adding the #header part to the CSS file merely just moves the menu down. It doesnt really do what i need.

      Does anyone know how to run a bigger logo with Versatility iii? Clearly some other things need to be done to make this happen. Thanks for any pointers! :)

    • You need to edit this image: /images/style1/bg.png and add the same amount of pixels you added to the header to the grey area. The repeated background used has three strips: grey, orange and blue.
