Editing RSS Title and Description

I have two templates and both are having the same issue. I'm sure it's nothing other than editing some code but I can't find where to edit this code.
On my frontpage RSS feed the name of template (Quantive - April 2010 Template Demo) is at the title of the RSS instead of the name of the site. How do I go about editing this?
