High resolution background website

Hi there,
I am looking for a template which allow me to use one high resolution picture as a whole background of the website. Sample can be seen:

I have searched around but can't see any templates in Rockettheme.com suite that.
Anyone pls help?

None of the RT-templates has this and I doubt they will ever use this.

Any reasons why do you think so? You would never know whether people like it or not if you have never tried.
We are people coming from different countries and they all have different tastes...very hard to explain.
