I need instructions for the Godaddy host to install the rocket launcher for the Quantive theme. Should I create a database and then install the rocketlauncher? or should I do a wordpress install and then load the rocketlauncher theme for quantive?

- is creating the database just like in joomla, I create a database and then load the rocketlauncher and it walks me through the setup when I go to the url after uploading the rocketlauncher theme?
