Juxta member login not loading

Hey guys i have juxta installed and even notice on the demo here on rockettheme.com that the member login pops up a white box and just continues to load and load and load so its not just me
what do i need to do to get this working?

- ya ive installed it four times... and they all have the same problem very odd! has to be a simple fix and they must know about it.
