      That's not logical at all, I think.
      I mean, does email do that? No, it moves out of the Outbox and moves on into the web. Immediately.

      Just the way phpBB3 works, your message stays in your 'outbox' until the other person logs in and receives it. The forum is a forum, not an e-mail system.
