font increase/decrease in text articles

I have the font increase/decrease feature enabled but it does not seem to work on articles. The articles are pure text and all I did was change the font to Ariel and the size to 12.
Does this function not work on article fonts or do I need to do something special to enable it? I tried using "div" and "paragraph" but all that did was muck the formatting up.

let me rephrase my question... does the font sizing feature only work with menu and template type objects, and not with articles? Actually it doesn't do anything to the menu fonts either.. it doesnt' seem to do anything at all.
Since this feature appears to be on all rocktheme joomla templates I assumed this would be the relevant forum to post in.. if this is the wrong area please let me know!

hi there,
how did you change the font-size to 12px?
if you did that directly in the article code, then the font-sizer wont work for that article.
you should be able to see the font-sizer work correctly for article texts in the demo sites.
