Since what you are looking for is fairly complex, not template related, and may take a few hours to complete, I don't think that any of the moderators really have time to dig into this.
As far as getting another member to help (for free), you are asking a lot...
This is really a custom job, for which you would probably have to pay someone to do for you.

Well the thing is that i have already make the half of it, i just want help of how to make the page automatically redirect after X seconds... and if some other member can help with cookies..
