The url is www.svuf.nu/index.php (not live)
I have added a menu item called "Testlänk" so that you can see it's impossible to click on it. No need to register.

how about you cut the banner into two and position both bits absolutely on the page. use firebug to place it precisely.
Not the best way but it'll work - Say no to Internet Explorer 6.
