Adjusting Top Module height

- After 2 hours of search css files, I cant seem to find where to adjust the height of the top module (TOP A). I'm using that module to place my logo, but there seems to be about 80 pixels of padding under the placed image above the nav bar. Where are the module heights defined?

Well, it's a general question. I have had this same issue with many of RT's recent gantry templates. But this particular one revolves around the Hybrid template. Where are the module positions defined (height). See for what I mean... regarding the height of the Top A module
