    • If you are familiar with phpBB3, yes...

      Not so much different than a Joomla install.

      (DL phpBB3, upload it to your server, create a DB, run the install, apply the style...)

      Note, there is no 'Rocket Launcher' for phpbb3, so you have to install it and then apply the style.

      If you do decided to join the phpBB3 club, you will find comprehensive documentation for installation, applying the style, integrating your phpBB3 installation with Joomla, and using RokBridge, etc, etc...
