Hello all,
I upload the site and i tried to upload an image
but was not possible as i get the "not a valid image" issue
but i found the solution by disable the "Restrict Uploads" & "Check MIME Types"
on Global Configuation, the Upload Complete
but
i get the error : "JFile::read: Unable to open file: 'C:\Windows\Temp\phpFA6C.tmp'"
Does anyone know what is this issue and how i can solve it?

Is this this is on localhost?
I did a quick search for your error and it seems to be an issue with folder permissions or FTP layer.
Are your folder permissions correct?
Is your FTP layer set properly?
In any case, the path seems strange compared to the paths shown in these threads, for localhosts or servers.
