Restrict menu itesm for registered users..

    • Hello

I've used the Rocket Launcher package for Affinity, set the top menu as moomenu in the Template Settings, but pages that are set to Registered still show on the main menu... I have noticed that RokNavMenu doesnt actually seem to show up on the modules list, could this have something to do with it? Or is this a known issue with the menus?

The same condition also afflicts the suckerfish menu, but if i set the template to Toolbar Module Position, it will load the main_menu module into the Toolbar postion and correctly hide Registered pages.

I'm not posting in the RokNavMenu forums because i'm not 100% its the issue, as techncially it doesnt appear to have been installed...

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks very much - Ant

    • Hi there,

The moomenu will show the items on the menu but when you click on them it takes you to a registration page. This provides a good teaser.

Alternatively you can set the template admin so that menu is toolbar position and it will use the main menu. You would need to add a suffix to get it to pick the styling used by the moomenu.

      Hope this helps 8)
