  • default theme making website show white page

    • Hey everyone so on my site i am using zephyr theme from rocket theme working perfectly. I wanted to try the new theme tachyon that just came out for this month. When i did the standalone install and set it as the default template, when loading my site all i get is a white page? any ideas what could be the problem? Ive used other themes and when set as default work perfect?

    • Could be a number of things.

      1. Not enough memory allowed for PHP.
      2. RokNavMenu and Gantry (framework) not updated to the latest version.
      3. SEF problems.
      4. Conflicts with other plugins.
      5. Bad install, missing files, permission issues and so on.
    • Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.

      A template is only as good as the content that goes into it ;) - DanG
