    • are you asking for someone to do everything for you? Are you asking for paid help? The entity that sold you the script should be helping you install it.

I'd be happy to help you but you've got to do a little yourself... please at the very least post the instructions that came with the script here. I'm guessing you want to paste it in an empty content item with WYSIWYG editor turned off and set the page as the first one in your main menu.

    • Hello,

I have posted on their forum and unfortunately have not received help. I have been playing around with it as I would like to install it on my site but I do not believe it can be done for a joomla site.
The response that I received when asked on their forum site is that it can be done but I cannot figure it out.
Now reading my post and the other I posted It does sound like I want it all done for me huh? :-[ I did not want to come off that way. I m new to joomla and love it...but i find it confusing a bit. But I'll get the hang of it eventually :)

Anyhow...while browsing for help I found that I can add the ebaybot module to my jooml site and customize it to how i want it to look, I also found another one for my eBay gig called my ebay store module. And yet another called ebay togo for content.

I think I'll let the other script go to my other non joomla sites for now...and will focus on these. I am able to use eBay's affiliate program on these too...that was my main concern ;)

....I will definietely try your tip as well... :)

Thnks a bunch...I figured out how to work on the logo too...and super happy about it since i don't have (yet) fireworks but will be using a photo editor...cannot beat fireworks though.

    • cheers adye3, sorry for being gruff.

If all else fails, you can paste the code in a normal html page and put in on your joomla site via the wrapper function ie. create new menu item> wrapper , and enter the url of the page with the affiliate script on it.

good luck with your site :)
