What to do when Plugin says it is in the system but its not

Hello, I have never run into this issue before but for the first time I have loaded a template using the launcher and some of the plugins are not showing up. At first I figured they just did not load so I started to load each individually and the loader tells me they are installed? Any thoughts on how to get these to show up without having to ftp in and delete them all by hand :shock: and reinstall? Thanks in advance.

Did you click on the "Install sample data" button when you were installing the RocketLauncher?
If not, you have to do it all over again. - Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.
A template is only as good as the content that goes into it
