want to redirect IE 5.0 users to a special page..

Hey guys,
Just wondering if anyone could assist me in writing a short javascript that would redirect a IE 5.0 user to a page of my choice - but also, preferably only once (controlled by a cookie).
I want to essentially redirect IE 5.0 users to a page that tells them why they should upgrade to at least IE 6.0, or even better firefox. Then give them the option to continue to my site anyway if they so wish ....but having been warned that IE 5.0 is a security risk and that IE 5.0 will not display my pages correctly.
I also see it as a slightly sneaky way to show them to my firefox google toolbar link
. Though that is not my major concern.
