      Well I think you are wrong.

      Actually, we've helped our members with various issues about their computer. If you haven't noticed, computers are more complicated than websites ;)
      But hey, at least you're responding now :)

      There is no way you can do 1200 (debugging/developing)posts per month on the RT forum AND work 8-10 hours per day, sometimes even more than that.

    • Then like I said, it might help if you guys put out a note asking for forum assistance. Some people don't have much to do during their days and will just do it out of their own good hearts for no pay.

      So I have around 500 a month.

      We often ask for more information.
      You are only looking on that single post you did.

      You can say a lot: but we are not lazy.

    • What maddens me most is that you've noticed my request that I posted yesterday, you even linked it in that post, yet, there STILL isn't a reply.
      I'm not targeting anyone specifically. I'm just simply stating that support can be slacking in some areas. Let me be the mature one to end this in civility. I apologize for not giving back feedback and responding to the requests that were solved. You guys put it in time for each request. But sometimes it can be clear when you see people posts things days after you do, yet, they get their requests answered/replied to first.

      I am sorry that at present there is some frustration given your current situation. We (the Mods) seek to help as many people as we can. Many of the questions we help out with are from people wanting custom web design help. However, that is not our purpose (as Mods) we are here to support those in need with configuration, operational, and functional support (i.e. is it setup properly, is there a conflict or bug that needs to be addressed, and/or is it functioning as designed.) When an issue regarding someone's personal desire to have an RT product function in some special way, that is not something that we are required to respond to but do so anyhow out of a desire to help others. For anyone who has spent much time in forums searching for answers, they are well aware that the level of support here far outweighs other options. In fact the value for money that is received by members here at Rocket Theme is substantial (to say the least) when one considers the fact the hiring out a developer to provide fixes and customizations of the type offered in this forum, start at $50 US per hour.

      Most Mods spend well over the amount of time they are expected to helping members out for a simple love of web design and those we serve. So please let's keep the tone civil and this will help us help you.

      I must now ask each of you to please reply with any specific issue/s that is/are pressing that you need some help with. It would be my pleasure to look and see if I can help you in some way.

    • I've been bouncing around these boards for about 3 months now and have always found it to be a great value, not to mention the use of the extensions and templates it's just a bonus. I'm mere days from launching a website I could only have ever dreamed of just a few weeks ago, thanks to RT. No ones perfect, we can all just try to be better, but I certainly do appreciate this place. From my experience, the mods here are top notch.

      1). First off, I think it is deeply unprofessional for a self-identified employee of a company to come online and bash paying customers in public. Henceforth, I would like to speak to the customer service supervisor or manager on this matter. An email address or telephone number would be appreciated.
      Maybe if someone would stop bashing the customers and spent a little more time handling requests, perhaps there would be less complaints. This is time AND energy wasting, fighting with a mod because he is deeply offended that people have a complaint with a company. Meanwhile, they could have been answering more requests that people have been waiting for, instead of fighting a customer because once again, he is "deeply offended." We're the customers, we pay you guys for your service, so we get to complain if something is wrong to us, NOT the other way around. Being representatives of a company that *I* pay and give my money to, you should have no right to a). yell at customers, b). attack customers specifically, and c). drag my business matters into public affairs.

      2). I loathe how I've seen people post requests, but the newer ones get answered first, and the ones posted earlier either get acknowledged days later, or not even at all, me being one of those with a late response (in a few cases).
      Most were responded, which I appreciate a lot.

      I'd appreciate it if we could handle this with civility this time.
