If anyone is having problems with ordering of modules published to one position please take a lock at:

Basically the solution was to disable RokModuleOrder
(go to extensions->Plugin Manager->System->RokModuleOrder)
I don't see this as being a problem (disabling) as I'm not using that front-end ordering thing (it's nice to study/test layouts in development thought ), anyway maybee suport would like to confirm
