    • Hi,

      I need to create a international map, but when someone scrolls over different sections it will pop up with the locations I input. Is there anything like this out there?

      ESRI is leading in mapping technology for last 35 years. I believe ArcWeb provides a free personal account that you might be able combine with joomla.
