As a professional deisgner designing websites for customers, when I use a club template with a PRO licensing agreement, what am I able to actually give to the client. The way I read the licensing agreement is RocektTheme continues to own the copyright on the design and it is non-transferrable. I have clients who want "everything" turned over to them, so how does this work when I create a site based on a rockettheme template?
Also, should my club membership expire at any point in the future, do all of the templates I have used for customer sites also become no longer lincensed?

You cannot redistrubute template.
You can, do the website for them, install the template, customise it etc..... The client would not be able to use it on another site.
When your membership expires, your sites are still license, you cannot use templates on new sites though - James Spencer / Developer & Support / Hull, UK

- So, the license would technically belong to my company, or once I finish the design, can I transfer that license via a contract to the client? I know this is tedious, but it's always the most contenious part of the contract. The clients always want to "own" everything.

- The best method, in this case, would be to purchase a Rocket Theme account for your client and then the responsiblity and license would rest with them.

- With your client also tell them it is not an exclusive license!
- Don't think, Feeeeel... It is like a finger pointing to the moon. (slap) Don't concentrate on the finger or you'll miss all that heavenly glory.

Unless you customised the template beyond recognition (as I often do), in which case it is (kinda)!
