What template?

Hi, I hope that I am missing the point here!
I am under the impression that I can download a "Theme/template" which is installable into Joomla.
All I have been able to do is dowbload a .png file.
Am I missing the obvious?

all templates are in the downloads
the template will be a zip/tgz file that you will install through the joomla admin - Last Edit: 9 years 4 months ago by Kat05.

prior to actually reading the manual
can I just get some pointers.
Should I use Site/Template Manager/Site Template/ to import the template?
Should I be importing the .png file as downloaded from http://www.rockettheme.com/option,com_docman/Itemid,113/ ?
If this is all true then I keep getting an error. I'll wait for your responce before launching into problem solving.

Sorted it now thanks.
For any one else who didn't twig, the tgz file is the installtion package and I gues the png is just for your own use....

- yes, the png is to modify any images in the templates
