I am starting to assume that rockettheme support has become very careless and unconcerned. This is my second post (specifically mentioning this concern) in this forum, in this context.
I have a live site here which i am trying to fix. I seriously want to know what do i need to pay to get support from you guys on an extension developed by you?????
I am sersiously starting to think of not renewing my subscription with you guys anymore. What is the fun of doing so if i cannot get a response. You guys should sit down and do some serious thinking. You should work on amount of things which you can support rather than releasing 100s of things and not supporting any of it to perfection.
I really get scared moment i have an issue with your product as i know that i would have to fight to get support from you people.
I responded to you in the one topic with your first linked example - really need that in a new topic in Rokbridge as your issue has nothing to do with the topic starters issue.
Your second issue would have been better served by posting in the rokbridge forum.
Please keep this in mind when posting as many of us mods do specialize in parts of the RT products and posting in a forum we don't scan your post can be missed or response delayed.
