Article within a module that uses a plugin not working

I want to use the RokContentRotator to display some of my articles within Joomla!. My articles use a 3rd party plugin to display the feed from my Flickr account. Unfortunately the plugin is not being picked up when the article is pulled from the RokContentRotator module.
Is there any trick workaround to get the plugin to work when the article is being pulled from this module?
