I have downloaded SMF - what do I do to install it on joomala - do I do it from the joomala admin control panel????

you'll need to download a joomla to smf bridge. they are two separate installations. - Billy Zoellers

I'm having a harder time with this then I should - I downloaded a bridge from SMF site - where do I install it - it won't install in componaents - any help???

you may have to unzip it first.
bridging isn't the most clean solution. - Billy Zoellers

That worked for the bridge - I unzipped and installed it - now when I go to install SMF 2.0.2 Forum I get this error message
Another component is already using directory: "/test/components/com_smf/"
I stuck - any suggestions???
