any Joomla template documentation?

i just got a joomla club membership and installed the templates/plugins. However, i'm having trouble setting them up, even through the joomla Gantry setting page. Everything is messed up when i click on preview even when i haven't edited anything.
im new to joomla and it would be great if there was a documentation explaining everything, setting up pages/menus etc.

Without a link to your site it is quite hard for us to provide the best solution due to so many variables. We try to provide file names and line numbers for code changes and if changes have already been made then our advice may be incorrect.

dmca.me/ is the link. im familiar with wordpress but not joomla. joomla is very different and complicated. i simply dont know what to. if it was wordpress, i would a create pages/menus and fill the pages with code/content and that would be it. but i have no idea what to do.
themeforest's themes have extensive documentation referring to every part of the site/theme and how to set up each and every part/add content etc.
do rocketthemes have documatation, tutorials? i have checked the tutorials on the demo theme also downloaded the PDFs but there is nothing on seting up pages, using menus and so on.
