Problem with Drupal Kinetic Download

Hey everyone, I've got the Drupal Theme Club membership but can't download Kinetic.
I can access and download any other Drupal theme, but not Kinetic.
From the club download area I get the message "You didn't have the correct subscription to view that page" when trying to access Kinetic downloads.
Sent a message to support this morning but still haven't heard back.
Anyone else having this problem?

Log out, clear your cache and cookies, and log in again...
