Does it not exist for RT?
Over the course of 3-4 days...I've created 2 threads, pm'd one mod, and sent an email via the "Contact Us" page asking for pre-sales help.
Should I post a new thread asking the same question every day, pm all the mods, and send 10 emails a day to support?
Beginning to think that RT is operated by only 1 individual using different accounts.
There is no excuse for any business to be so inept when it comes to simple questions asked by potential customers.
