Using Nebulae template, want to incorporate VirtueMart... but when i install virtuemart its UGLY! How can I apply some sort of theme within my Nebulae template to make the virtuemart portion of the site look good?

- Hi. Wish there was an easy answer. VM uses it's own style sheets / templates. The best you can do is find a VM template that is close to what you want or dig into the CSS files. The Mynxx template has a built in VM template, I've used that on other templates but it takes some work to integrate. Good luck.

Do you have to use Virtuemart? If not, take a look at the Mercado template, it has built in styling for several other eCommerce solutions.
I've done my fair share of Virtuemart sites, it's a pain to style no matter what you use. Might be easier to use something else. Just a thought. - The difficult we do immediately, the impossible takes a little longer.

I'll check that out... I LOVE the look of the Rok Quick Cart.... but I cant do categories in it I guess, all of the items have to be on same page.

Can I add the RokStories mod to Mercado??? The client REALLY wants a feature area of flashing pics (she preferred the one on Mynxx)... the Mercado layout doesnt seem to cater to that.

You can add RokStories, you just have to keep the sidebar in there or put it in a position above or below the main body. That's the only thing with Mercado, the structure is a bit different than the other templates, but it's designed for eCommerce out of the box. Definitely check out the Ecwid stores, it's a different approach and has some cool features.
I just suggest you look at all your options. I know from experience that Virtuemart can be a beast, not only to style, but to work with in general. Be ready to spend hours upon hours of time with it if you choose to use it. - The difficult we do immediately, the impossible takes a little longer.

U've scared me straight, not going with virtuemart! lolol The Mynxx template makes it look like an out of the box virtuemart option.
Is there any way to make categories in RokQuick Cart?

LAST QUESTION.....
Any suggestion on how I can keep my current site using the Nebulae template, and add some cart that does allow categories? In other words, any suggestions on an extention for this store. ITts not super mega store, just needs categories and PayPal capability.
