solved - free updates on older themes

Posted 13 years 8 months ago
    • Hi I had bought the 365 days subscription in the past and had downloaded what was then a Joomla 1.5 only version. Recently i had updated my joomla to 1.7 and found out that theme I downloaded and used is no longer compatible. So of course I came over here to see if there was now a 1.7 version of it..and there is. Is there anyway I could just get a free update on the theme? or do I have to purchase the yearly subscription just to get 1 theme update?

    • You need to be a current member to download any of the templates, updates, upgrades, extensions, etc.

And, with the J1.7 version being completely different version than J1.5, it's not possible.

You could subscribe for just a month, that would be your best option as you would have access to the template specific forums for a bit which would help you get started.

    • oh ok thank you, how do I subscribe for just a month? For some reason I can only see the renewal option of 180 days and 360 days.
