Google Instant Preview "Preview not available" my RT Sites

A client asked me why their website produced no thumbnail when using Google Instant Preview. I have checked other of my sites and discovered most of the ones I have developed with RocketTheme templates are unable to generate a thumbnail. My sites built with Mynxx, Zephyr, Hyperion, Refraction, Akiraka are all displaying the message "Preview not available". My sites built with templates from other suppliers appear to be able to generate a thumbnail without issue.
Moxy appears to work fine.
Are other developers experiencing the same issue? Is there a setting or fix a which would allow google to run the snapshot?

Hi there,
Have you a couple of sites I can check via Google? I just checked a lot of my development sites and they all appear OK. Includes older templates and recent Gantry based templates.

Hi there,
Have you checked robot.txt file in case it is preventing Google from accessing images?
I just did a quick Google search on it once I had one of your sites actually load. See attached image.

It's good to see Berginct responding. It might be only a matter of time. Of course that site isnt the one that belongs to the client that is complaining.

Hi,
I have got similar problem with our site: www.valleygreentea.com.au/ (Joomla 1.5, rockettheme)
I first thought it would take some time for Google to generate the preview. I have waited for a few weeks, but nothing happens.

I have now also the same problem. We used to have the Google preview for both our sites but suddenly the preview is gone from Google.
Actually Rockettheme has the same problem. Search for Rockettheme and try preview the different links.
The main one doesnt have a preview.
The only thing that has been updated regarding the template is Gantry. I dont know when the preview dissapeard from Google though.

- I've contacted Google about this also as our own site preview has not been updated in weeks and weeks. I'm assuming it has something to do with Google itself rather than anything to do with RocketTheme as I know other RT sites we've produced do preview OK. I'm thinking it's simply Google being slow in doing the updating. I'll let you know if I hear anything back from them, but don't hold your breath as you know if you've tried contacting them before that Google support is almost non-existent and not especially helpful.
