- Am I missing something important regarding forum posts. I posted in Rocktwittie forum 2 weeks ago and still haven't had a reply. I am new to RT so am I doing something wrong? Should I be posting somewhere else perhaps rather than the specific forum for the extension I am having problems with???

Hi there,
I just replied to that thread you posted in. To answer your questions about "I am new to RT so am I doing something wrong?" I would not characterize it as wrong but you posted in another persons topic from July. One in which there has been no moderator involved. These types of posts are not the highest priority of the moderators. We first look at unanswered posts in most cases. If there has been no moderator involved in an older thread we likely will not notice the thread when a new post is added. To help you in the future, I recommend starting a new topic to provide the best opportunity for us to see it and respond.
