Affinity 1.7 Template - Featured Article "Read More" issue

    • Heya...

      Having a little problem here with the Affinity template. On the home page of a site redesign, my "Read More" images/links are overrunning the next article in the Featured Items block (shown in the image below).

      I tried twinking the following lines of the template.css file to add a "margin-bottom" in various ways, to no avail.
      /* Typography */
      #page-bg .feature-block .readon-wrap1, .readon-wrap1 {margin-top: 15px;position:relative;float:left;}
      #page-bg .feature-block .readon-wrap1 span, .readon-wrap1 span {display:block;height: 30px;line-height: 30px;}
      #page-bg .feature-block a.readon, a.readon {font-weight: bold;}
      #page-bg .feature-block a.readon-main, a.readon-main {font-size: 12px;cursor: pointer;}
      #page-bg .feature-block a.readon-main:hover, a.readon-main:hover {text-decoration: none;}
      #page-bg .feature-block .readon1-l, .readon1-l {position:absolute;width: 15px;height: 30px;left:0;top:0;}
      #page-bg .feature-block .readon1-m, .readon1-m {margin-left: 15px;text-align: center;}
      #page-bg .feature-block .readon1-r, .readon1-r {margin-right: -15px;padding-right: 15px;}

      Am I missing something obvious here? Any suggestions?

      If you need any additional info, let me know.

      Thanks.
      Jonathan

    • By the way, I just determined that it does this only when you have "1" column layout selected in the menu options settings. In 2 and 3 column layout, it works fine.
