We've been wanting to do a RocketTheme t-shirt for some time, but we didn't just want to have an RT logo on there, we want something cool and fun that shows off the great RocketTheme community.
This purpose of this competition is to design a shirt that really captures the essence of RocketTheme as a company that empowers people to create great web sites. The winner of the competition will of course receive one of their designed t-shirts, but also $500 in cold, hard, cash. They will also be featured in an article here on RocketTheme where we announce the winner and show off the design.
Some Criteria:
- We want your design to not include the name RocketTheme or Logo.
- It can be humorous but needs to be tasteful.
- Design can be abstract, funny code snippet, anything really as long as it relates to web-design somehow and is cool and fun that people will want to wear.
- Ideal printing space is roughly 10x10 inch square in the center of the front of the t-shirt. We'll include a small RocketTheme logo on the back or sleeve to the final design.
- Your design will be printed on a black t-shirt. A sample reference shirt is attached to use to show off your design. The winner should submit the final artwork as a 300dpi transparent PNG image, or vector format such as Fireworks PNG or Illustrator.
IMPORTANT: Please reply to this thread with your design concepts, as all the winners will be picked from this thread!

We've extended the deadline by a month...
The deadline for submissions is February 29th, 2012. The entire RocketTheme team including the ModSquad will vote on the winning design and announce the winner on March 15th, 2012. We'll at that point announce the winner plus 2 runners up.

I don't think that works when its a theme club forum :cheesy: pre-made templates where you don't have to hire someone for a custom design and template. "Cutting out the middle-man"
