Where to get fonts?

Hi All!
I'm a newbie at building web sites and I'm looking at customizing one of the club templates. I'm wondering where is a good place to find fonts that I can use to customize logos / site name type graphics.
Should I be looking for any particular type of font? Or can I just use any TrueType font? Is there anything else I should take into consideration when selecting a font?

- 1001fonts.com has a lot of nice fonts and they're categorized by style. grsties.com has even more fonts but there are so many it's hard to sift through all of them!

Hmmm.
Well, for traditional fonts I use dafonts.com (like most peeps); but for logo work...

In a similar vein - where do you get your photography? stockxchange? everystockphoto?

- mostly stockxchange, the problem is the photos have to have no usage restrictions as they are used in templates. I really prefer istockphoto, but alas they strictly prohibit the use in templates.

- I'm not sure what their usage policy is, but I've switched over to www.dreamstime.com for stock images.
