Rok Box on J1.7 will not expand to 1060 width

Trying to add an external video that cannot be resized (i'm guessing) with the rokbox plugin for j1.7.
Enabled legacy settings and manually set the width and height with no luck.
Is this just because Rokbox doesn't play well with 1.7? - blahg
