Hi.
Let's say I purchase a template from RocketTheme. Now I make lots of customisations to the template, including images, html, php, functions, etc. Then, somebody comes to my site and steals the RocketTheme template, and creates a new site using my customised template with my graphics and with my customisations.
That person would have stolen RocketTheme's template... which I have a license for... And my customisations, and some of my own graphics.
What is the best thing to do in this scenario, If I am 100% sure that the other person's site was created by stealing directly from my site? - hunky dory!
