USING MERCADO - ARE ECWID, TIENDA AND REDSHOP OPTIONS?

Im confused... I just installed MERCADO and used the Rocket Launcher and I am seeing all these ecommerce options from ECWID, TIENDA to REDSHOP are these all options to use with the site, or do you need all of them in order for the site to work best?
Please let me know, im definitely confused and want to use the best option for my store.

- The mercado template was given more compatibility styling for Ecwid and some styling for Tienda and red shop. However you do not have to use any of them if you do not want to.

They're also functional options, in that they automatically place the appropriate shopping cart icon in a cool module position that fits with the overall theme, and functionally integrates with the rest of the template operations (including styling).
