    • Hello there,

      I just purchased wordpress membership, but I'm really having a tough time with the installation of the theme Tachyon.

      I've got it installed via the rocketlauncher tutorial, but I can't quick edit anything and I'm not able to add items to the menu. Just an ajax icon loads, but nothing ever happens. I tried installing on my shared hosting account and still the same issues. :*(

      I really just need some help here.

    • Note: This is odd as well. I download Wordpress 3.3 from wordpress.org and upload the files to my webserver via FTP. After that, I upload Rocket Launcher files to the main directory. When I install wordpress and go to the admin screen, it says my wordpress is out of date and that I need to upgrade to version 3.3, even though that's the version I uploaded to my webserver.

    • Hi, the Rocket Launcher contains a full installation of Wordpress and the version you uploaded may not be the most recent. Let me know if it's working now or if you need more help.

    • the version I uploaded was downloaded from here:

      wordpress.org/download/

      Version 3.3 - I just did this again and when I go to the backend admin panel, it says I have version 3.2 installed?

    • I guess I'm just confused on how the process of installing the rocketlauncher for wordpress works.

      So do I just upload rocketlauncher to my server and install without having to download wordpress?

    • Yes, just upload the Rocket Launcher, there's no need to install Wordpress first. The Rocket Launcher may contain an older version of Wordpress, since 3.3 was just released we haven't had the time to update all the Rocket Launchers, you can upgrade the Wordpress version once you have installed the Rocket Launcher. Hope that helps.

    • Thanks Cliff, Unfortunately, I think I will be going with the joomla version of this theme. The wordpress one just seems a bit buggy to me :/
