Template upload help

- Hi all and happy new year
  
  I am really new to this I am tring to upload a joomla template and have up load everything apart from the Rocketlauncher which i am have real problems with ca someone please help

- Hi yes i have tried both -Its the bottom one that i thing is right and i have down loaded and installed
  
  WAMP soft ware And when you start it up and go to localhost it has this error

- As you are on localhost, in this case your own computer...
  
  Unzip the Rocketlauncher somewhere on your computer.
  Select all the unzipped files and folders, copy and paste them into your public_html directory. That directory could also be called wwwroot, www or similar.

- i got the same error HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found.

- Can you share the exact folder/file path to where you tried to install the Rocketlauncher?
  
  Maybe a screenshot would be best, just to make sure that the files are all there.
