Horizontal menu bar doesn't showing!

- Hi guys, I have changed my template to "rt_infuse_j15", but I got a promble that the "Horizontal menu bar" doesn't showing (plz see the picture in attachment). I tried everyting but it still don't work, looking for help, thank you!

Do you have a URL and login details for the backend you can PM? You have got the menu module position set correctly, right?

- Hi CMYKreative, all extensions are installed correctly. I did some test and find the "Horizontal menu bar" is related with 1,RokNavMenu (Module) 2,RokNavMenu Boost (Plugin) 3,RokNavMenu Extended Link (Plugin). but whatever I changed the settings of those extensions, "Horizontal menu bar" still doesn't showing, plz help~
